Clubin

The project consisted of designing and deploying an end-to-end digital ecosystem for Clubin: a custom app, systems and automations, landing page, email marketing, and demand engines designed to connect venues, DJs, and users in a simple, fluid experience ready to scale.

🚀 Custom App

We designed, together with the Clubin team, an app experience conceived as “mobile-first nightlife”: fast, intuitive, and created specifically for the context of bars, cocktail lounges, and clubs. From song selection to DJ interaction, every flow is optimized to minimize touches and maximize the “wow” moment on the dance floor.

⚙️ Systems and Automations

We created the systems architecture so Clubin can manage venues, DJs, and users without friction, with automated processes that scale without adding complexity to the team. We automated key flows (venue onboarding, user activation, reporting) so the focus stays on the product and growth, not on manual operations.

🌐 Landing Page that Connects

We designed a landing page designed to explain Clubin in seconds: what it is, how it works, and why a venue should be in already. Direct message, bold visuals, and clear calls to action to capture both venues and users from organic traffic and paid campaigns.

📩 Email Marketing that Activates

We defined the email journey for venues, DJs, and users: from “welcome to Clubin” to specific campaigns to reactivate and build loyalty. Each email is designed as a micro brand experience: fresh tone, clear messages, and oriented to a specific business objective.

📲 Social Media with Rhythm

We defined the content strategy for TikTok and Instagram, focused on being bold, disruptive, and above all, authentic. The goal: turn each post into a bridge between the audience and fun, driving experiences and brand awareness in key cities.
